Lady Elliot Couple Contest

Okay this is a reboot of a contest that got no entries; if no one enters I'll find a Canon Boy for her : ' D 

I changed the prizes; and the time limit; all shipping contest will be a month long; and will have a 3 month PM as a prize 

Rules:
1) You can use an old OC or make a new one
2) the OC MUST BE YOURS and you must treat it as such (a new rule since someone wanted to create a new OC then drop them off on me 3) Give a short bio of the OC (mostly just personality and relationship is needed)

and of course your OC will get all the stuff I do for my Ships/Characters I ship with 


Specifics: 
either Vampire or Human is fine 

End Date:
September 1st 


Other: 
this character doesn't interact too much with the plot (actually no direct connection as of yet to the main story) which means all you have to know is the basics

Humanity is lowered to roughly 10-12% (in Japan only others are unknown ) Humans are fighting Vampires
Vampires have a Queen (which is kinda a douchey figure head )  
there are multiple political factions in the Vampires 
Lady Elliot has her own territory and is fairly secluded from other vampires
